A graduate of Strathmore University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree
Professionally worked in the Fashion Industry for over 10 years with a focus in womenswear.
Opened my 1st workshop in 2010 and launched the brand "Ndung'u Designs" and begun making and selling ladies blouses
Sold ready to wear womenswear both online (NDG website) and offline (supermarkets, Jumia) across the country
Trained several fashion enthusiasts on basic dressmaking
Created and released 15+ ready to wear collections and customized work that includes wedding & special occasion wear.

2005-2011
Graduated from University
Worked in financial investments
Curious about fashion, I took an opportunity to learn at a school near home
Left employment and opened my 1st garment workshop
2012-2014
Launched the 1st collection (Ladies blouses and shirts)
Exhibited at the Nairobi Fashion Market
Launched the 2nd collection with a variety of women's dresses
Engaged a fashion designer & trainer to polish my skills in pattern making & sewing techniques
2015-2017
Designed my 1st wedding gown and bridal party outfits
Expanded sales of ready to wear to various retail stores and Jumia online
Released the 3rd -6th collection introducing maternity & nursing wear.
2018-2019
Released the 7th-10th collection during this period
Added variety to our maternity & nursing category
Released a cold season collection for men, women and children
2020-2025
